the smilely central icon is gone from my yahoo messenger. I can no longer sent smiley and emotions. How do I get smilely central back?

I know this sounds pretty lame, but I cant figure out how to download emoticons. Every time I try I always have to download download something else, then i can still never get the smileys.:S And sugestions?

why does yahoo messenger 7 with voice shoutdown when I send an emotion icon? Everthing else does what it is supposed to do until i send one of those smiley icon emotions then it closes the yahoo messenger completely.

I just downloaded smiley central for the 2nd time, I used to know how to use it better but I forgot. So what I want to do is grab the emoticons from smiley central and be able to use them as my own, with my own codes and stuff. How do I do this? Thanks
